Course description
This course is designed for individuals wanting to support your own health and wellbeing and/or wanting to support others with alcohol concerns. This course can support individuals interested in developing knowledge and understanding as part of your work role in a range of different sectors; or those who have been out of education or work for a while and are looking to gain new knowledge and skills. The course will focus on what alcohol is and why people use it. The course also explores the impact of alcohol, ways to stay safe when using it, and considering positive changes.
