Award in Computer Programming (Award/Level 2)
Course description
Building on the skills learned in the college's Exploring Computer Programming (Level 1) course, you will learn more about the principles of computer programming and more advanced techniques and concepts to improve your code. Using a text-based programming language (Python), you will design, build, test, and evaluate a simple database application.

- As well as providing a recognised qualification in the subject, this course could also lead on to the College's skills-focussed programming courses, as well as opening up the possibility of further study in programming or computer science.
