Gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to understand how children learn, develop, and thrive through play with this engaging and hands-on qualification.

The Level 2 Introducing Caring for Children and Young People Certificate, awarded by NCFE, offers a practical introduction to childcare, making learning active, creative, and relevant.

This course is suitable for beginners and provides an opportunity to develop confidence while exploring a new subject. You will explore the importance of play in early learning, develop your understanding of how children grow and develop, and take part in planning fun, creative activities. Sessions are interactive and supportive, helping you build real skills that can be used at home, in further study, or within a childcare setting.
