How the Courses Work

Flexible learning to fit around work commitments

  • No exams – assessed through learning activities
  • Tutor-supported throughout
  • Suitable for completion alongside employment
  • Complete on an online platform
  • (Group delivery or employer-led cohorts may be available)

Available Level 2 Certificates

– Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties

Develop confidence supporting individuals with dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD, improving inclusion, communication and personalised care.

– Understanding Autism

Build practical knowledge to support autistic adults, enhance communication, and promote positive care environments.

– Principles of Dementia Care

Strengthen understanding of dementia, person-centred approaches, dignity, independence, and effective communication.

– Safe Handling of Medication in Health and Social Care

Understand legislation, roles and responsibilities, and best practice for safe medication management in care settings.
